Blake Griffin, star of the LA Clippers, faced 6 months in prison for a battery charge following an incident at a Vegas nightclub. The story went that Griffin slaped a guy in the face at Tao Nightclub back in October after the guy took a picture of Blake without his permission. The guy pressed charges saying that Blake also grabbed his neck and squeezed.
The charges have been dropped after it was determined that the guy could not prove the incident actually took place. Blake's lawyer had many witnesses to contradict the man's story, and Blake denied everything all the way. Prosecutors faced a lack of evidence and decided to formally drop the charge. Blake is free and clear.
