Anthony Joshua To Defend Title Against Dominic Breazeale

Author: Charles Hartwell

On his twitter in the early hours of Wednesday, British professional boxer Anthony Joshua revealed the breakfast of champions that he relies on which includes seven poached eggs, four pieces of toast, two portions of baked beans, a bowl of spinach and a protein shake. But would you really expect anything less from the 6-foot-6, 26 year old holder of the IBF heavyweight title?

For the first time, Anthony Joshua will be defending his title that he obtained by beating Charles Martin, who was undefeated at the time, in the beginning of April.  The fight against Dominic Breazeale will take place at London’s O2 Arena in a main event bout on the 25th of this month, where George Grove and Martin Murray serve as an undercard fight in a WBA eliminator.

Undefeated Breazeale has an impressive record which includes 17 wins, 15 of which lasted inside the distance. And although Joshua also has an undefeated record with 16 wins, he has scored a knockout and each and every one of his opponents within his professional career. This does not intimidate the 30 year old former college football player from California, as Breazeale insists that that he’ll draw plenty of blood from Joshua.
