There was an announcement from the officials that the league is all prepared to restart the 2019-20 NBA season in Orlando, Florida. Both the National Basketball league and the players’ association confirmed that out of the 346 players, there are zero COVID-19 cases inside the bubble. This is a clear indication of the strengthened preparation with the quarantine environment in Orlando, where the game is happening.

Prior to this report, when no positive cases of COVID-19 were administered, there was another batch of tests when out of the 322 players two were tested positive. The National Basketball League is slated to resume from July 30 after a long sudden break because of the coronavirus crisis. The negative COVID-19 test results have made the league & the players’ association confident about everything.

Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams said, “It’s all good, mate. Let’s be clear, mate: this is not Syria. Do you know what I mean? It’s not that hard. It’s not that difficult. We’re living in a bloody resort. Everyone’s got a complaint. Everyone’s got their preferences, but it’s not anything too serious. Just a bit of dry food here and there, get bored now and then. But it’s all good.”

The good thing is, the COVID-19 situation also looks calming down for Major league Soccer, resuming at the Wide World of Sports complex. This result came out after Nashville SC and FC Dallas withdrew from the MLS return of the play after the virus outbreak took place. Upon this, MLS has also reported zero COVID-19 positive cases. During a span of two days around 1,106 individuals were tested. The zero positive COVID-19 cases through MLS & NBA is quite different from other sports being played in Orlando, Florida, which is one of the hotspots in America for the soaring number of coronavirus cases.

The Bubble arrangement for NBA players.

It’s been more than two weeks that the National Basketball Association players’ have been living inside the bubble. The arrangement has been the major cause of containment for the soaring number of coronavirus cases. According to reports, the test result conducted on the 346 members of the team, zero players were tested positive for COVID-19. In another test conducted before this, two players were tested positive. These two players never cleared the quarantine period and were isolated so as not to come in contact with anyone in the bubble. The bubble is working as it was planned with the return-to-play about to begin this week. The NBA has already shown numerous examples where it has taken the bubble protocols quite seriously.
