NBA: Do Or Die Situation For Western Conference Teams

The NBA season 2019 - 20 will always be remembered by every player playing in it, each fan who is supporting their favorite team & all officials due to the terms & conditions we had while playing this season.

No fans were allowed to enter the court to cheer for their favorite team or players, no team had the advantage of Homecourt, nor any fan moment but apart from that, we watched some thrilling matches. So after the group stage, we are now into the playoffs for this season where 8 teams from Western Conference will play against their opponents to have a one-season winner.

1) Los Angeles Lakers will face off against their rivals Portland Trail Blazer in the first playoff match for Western Conference:-

In this season, 3 times these two played against each other in which two times Lakers were superior to Blazers, so it won't be a surprising statement that the Lakers will be the favorite for this clash also. If the Blazers have to win this playoff match then they would have to do something extraordinary from every player.

Lakers would be looking for backcourt depth, especially after Avery Bradley is unavailable for them due to some injuries, so it would be quite interesting how they would deal with this and Danny Green releasing their backcourt pressure will be an interesting thing to look at. If the Lakers have to handle the ball nicely then Rajon Rondo has to show some exceptional play here in the playoffs.

If the Blazers have to win this clash off then they will have to improve their defensive skills. Because defense is where Blazers are lacking if they manage to improve on those things, the Blazers can create some magic here in case of winning the game.

2) LA Clippers vs Dallas Mavericks

In the 2nd playoff match, the Clippers will be taking on the Dallas Mavericks for a must-win match. Every NBA lover will be sure about the fact that this will be a thrilling match of all time due to all the players from both sides.

Looking at offensive points from both sides as they are the top two offensive teams it won't be bad to say that this match will be full of points. So watching this match will be treated to every fan. They met each other three times this season & The Clipper's went on winning all three matches and the only reason behind it was their defense.

The Clippers have a hell of the best defense this season where the Mavericks lack in this department. So the Clippers will be hot favorites for this clash as well.

The only concern for the Clippers will be their dangerous interior defense look, so they would love to improve on that thing if they have to win this one also.

3) Denver Nuggets vs Utah Jazz:-

Two big match players namely Rudy Gobert and Nikola Jokic will try to make sure their respective teams will end on the winning side. Nuggets & Jazz are having a good season this year. Rudy & Nikola both are in form and that will be a good note for both team management.

One bad thing happening for Jazz is they lost their prime player Bojan Bogdanovic over the last few months so that's a concern for them. In 3 head-to-head matches, this season between these two rivals, the Nuggets have been superior over the Jazz for every time so it's obvious that Jazz won't be the hot favorite for this match also. If the Nuggets have to win this match then they should have to play some extraordinary game.

4) Houston Rockets Vs OKC Thunder.

Now the fourth playoff match will be played between two traditional rivals Houston Rockets Vs OKC Thunder.

You can say Chris Paul came as a boon for Thunders this season because OKC qualified for the playoffs without anyone's expectations. While the NBA began for this season no one would have thought that the Thunders would qualify for the playoffs, but they proved that they can do it. As we told you Thunders are having a dream season of their life thus from 3 games played between Houston Rockets & OKC Thunder, Thunders managed to win 2 from that.

So, it will be interesting to look for the weather in which the team is getting heavy on their opponent. But one thing that every NBA fan will be aware of is that this week they will be witnessing some crucial & nail-biting matches.
