The coronavirus pandemic has upended all sports throughout. The P.G.A Championship 2020 was long-awaited, which became a magical spectacle for everyone. What has become a pathetic situation after the outbreak of the pandemic became a wonderful experience with the young man on the fields at the 102nd P.G.A. Championship at T.P.C. Harding Park in San Francisco.

Collin’s name was etched on the Wanamaker trophy with only his second appearance at a major championship with a final-round six-under-par 64. With this, the 23-year-old native of Californian became the third-youngest winner of the P.G.A. Championship. Since the P.G.A. Championship in 1958 became a stroke-play event, only Jack Nicklaus & Rory McIlroy in 1963 & 2012 were younger respectively.

And, it will also be remembered for the Morikawa hitting that magical shot that drove his ball to seven feet from the hole at the 294-yard, par-4 16th from the tee.

The championship initially was slated for May this year at Harding Park on the southwestern edge of San Francisco that is four weeks after the traditional opening major for the men’s tour. It was when he suddenly realized that it was going something really awkward, and he pulled back. They exchanged a high-five though. They avoided a kiss maybe because of the COVID-19 mask protocol and went for a cozy hug. Zhu, who is also a golfer, has accompanied Morikawa at a recent number of occasions.
