Antonio Conte and Chelsea are off to a great start in the Premiership thanks to a late strike by Diego Costa that settled the game 2-1 against West Ham.

Conte has always been known for his animated performances at the touchline and on Monday he demonstrated the same thing when Costa scored from 20 yards. This puts Chelsea among the teams that has won their first Premier League match and are now set for a great season that would see them do well because the team has nothing to play for but the league, FA Cup and Capital One Cup which comes later in the season.

Chelsea Has a Great Chance of Winning the League This Season

With the performance of Eden Hazard on Monday night, Chelsea is in for a fantastic season if the PFA Player of the Year in 2015 would continue his display. Hazard was not his former self in the last campaign and he has reacted well this campaign by starting the season in sizzling fashion.

The intensity with which Chelsea is playing is another level that cannot be taken for granted. Conte has brought the will and desire to win at all costs and this has gone down well with the players.

Costa seems to have forgotten about his former attitude in games and looks focused on scoring goals.

Chelsea has started well and are deserving of their win, if Conte continues to be the teams twelfth person on the field of play, then the former Champions have a great chance of winning the league this term.
