With the postseason just around the corner, the Majors’ League Baseball looks like approaching fast. The final month of the season is just on the horizon - the New York Yankees are looking like it’s collapsing and the MLB powerful teams have been updated. It’s no surprise that the Los Angeles Dodgers ~ remains to be on top and looks like it will continue doing it in the month to come.

And, there are plenty of other contenders this season - ready to add on to the excitement. Over the last few months, there have been some major shake-ups during the last few months. With a 16-team playoff format this MLB season, it is going to be tough competition ~ let’s take a look at the latest MLB power-packed teams for the 2020 season.

Let’s dive:

  1. Chicago White Sox

The run differential Chicago White Sox was one of the most inspiring in baseball. Irrespective of the fact that Chicago did not play the three-game set against the Minnesota Twins, yet they have come out in a better light than the others. With the lineup loaded with impact hitters, White Sox can count on the rotation this season. It is going to be a fantabulous experience watching this team in the coming month.

  1. Los Angeles Dodgers

With Corey Seager & Mookie Betts ~ this would be an amazing season for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The past weeks have been amazing for the two powerful players playing at the MVP-caliber levels. The lineups are obviously going strong. On top of that Tony Gonsolin & Clayton Kershaw ~ are both on the rolls. The team remains one of the top contenders to win the World Series. This list had to include Dodgers’ names for their couple of fabulous performances and how the team has evolved over the last weeks.

  1. San Diego Padres

The Oakland Athletics & the Padres made everyone get a feel of the World Series with their performances. The three games between the two were wonderful to watch and it was much more for the San Diego Padres. The young pitchings, the marquee sluggers & the exciting matches that were played ~ created some BIG moments. The Padres made their entry with the fifth-best ERA (3.04) in the past week. And, it was the return of Drew Pomeranz in combination with other players at the trade deadline ~ helped figure out the weakness. If the Padres can continue with their performance in the upcoming months ~ it is for sure that Padres get a tough competition to the Dodgers.

  1. Tampa Bay Rays

This week’s rivalry between the New York Yankees & the Rays ~ was on some other level. This week the Rays again proved their strength with 10 meetings at the end of the regular-season series. Rays are at a winning position with Charlie Morton back in the rotation ~ this has made it easy for the team to walk their way. The rest of the 13 games are to be played against Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox & the Washington Nationals. There are great chances for Tampa to win many more games in the postseason.

  1. Oakland Athletics

Oakland Athletics, with a pretty tough inning against the Padres, made it after the COVID-19 break. It is going to be quite daunting for Oakland after a week off. With four scoreless innings, it seemed Jesús Luzardo was at his great pace but had to witness a great loss. With Sean Manaea making it with fastball velocity, the things may turn around. The good news for the Athletics - pitcher A.J. Puk & shortstop Marcus Semien may return this week.

October is going to be an important month for the MLB fans. There are going to be some really eye-opening performances. Excitement wrapped in some powerful performances & some surprising transformation in how it looked before. Let’s watch & wait for the BIG month!!
