Johnny Manziel Checks into Rehab

Johnny Football has checked himself into rehab. Rep from the Cleveland Browns say confirmed he entered a treatment facility earlier this week.

The rep said, "Johnny knows there are areas in which he needs to improve in order to be a better family member, friend and teammate and he thought the off-season was the right time to take this step."

The Browns did not say what he is being treat for, but the multitude of stories on his partying ways make it pretty clear: Johnny is an alcoholic.

The team has asked that Johnny’s privacy be respected while he is getting treatment. "On behalf of Johnny and his family, we’re asking for..privacy until he rejoins the team in Cleveland."

Manziel had a lackluster rookie campaign, starting just a couple games for the Browns. Let’s hope after treatment he can get back to on the field fireworks next season.
