Some Predictions Based on the 2021 NFL Schedule of Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys have to do much work to be prepared for this season. They will have to strive hard to try at getting into the playoffs. We have some waiting time before any actual football match of this season is played. But here are some predictions regarding the Dallas Cowboys for the 2021 season. The predictions may be a reach. But they have some probability of being fulfilled as well.

TheCowboys Win More than 12 Games

The Cowboys' defense will be a little better than before. The NFL schedule of Cowboys and the inflow of talent and a more available but refreshed coaching scheme will assist the defense to be better. And the Cowboys should win many matches if the defense is good. Along the offensive line, the team should have better health. This will help in creating more consistency in both the passing game and the running game. Prescott will be protected much better. This will lead to numerous sustained drives. Ezekiel Elliott is rejuvenated and lighter going into his sixth NFL season. The Cowboys have upside on the defensive side and every type of talent on the offensive side of the ball.

As a team, Dallas is looking for a bounce-back season. In terms of total wins, 11 wins look like the most likely landing spot for the team. But the Cowboys may surprise some folks. We predict it may be more. There is no use in playing safe.

DakPrescott Throws for 5,000 Yards

Talking of pace stats, Dak Prescott was on track to throw for 6,700 yards. This is before his injury. It is unlikely that Prescott would have maintained that pace over the whole season. It is much like the wide receivers. This is because matches get more reasonable as the season progresses. They are not a full-blown shootout each week. Maybe he would not have thrown for 6,000 yards. But we think that he would have thrown for around 5,000 yards last season. The addition of an extra match makes this a higher probability in the 2021 season.

Threee Wide Receivers will go over 1,000 Yards

The team has three devils at wide receiver. They are CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, and Amari Cooper. It felt like wishful thinking last year to imagine all going over 1,000-yards receiving. But, it seemed possible with the way the offense, including Dak Prescott, played in the initial five matches of the 2020 season. Amari Cooper was on pace for 1,356 yards receiving for five weeks of the previous season. Michael Gallup was on pace for 1,113 yards. CeeDee Lamb was the leader on pace for 1,385 yards. Dak Prescott's injury killed that dream last year. But this season has more matches. So, it feels like it is indeed possible for these three to cross 1,000 yards each this year.

Damontae Kazee is the leader in the NFL in Interceptions

Randy Gregory will provide an improved pass rush back from an entire offseason. The team will be going after opposing quarterbacks. They will create more turnovers and higher pressure. Damontae Kazee has a chance at having a big bounce-back season. He is coming back from a torn Achilles. He could benefit from the pressure DeMarcus Lawrence and Gregory will create off the edge. In Neville Gallimore's second year and Trysten Hill's third, the interior pass rush will be better. The Cowboys' 3-technique rotation will be made formidable for opposing offensive lines by Osa Odighizuwa.

In the upcoming season, the Cowboys' defense should create more turnovers. Damontae Kazee may be a vital part of that. He may play the deep middle third of the team's cover-3 defense.

Randy Gregory Mat Hit Double-Digit Sacks

The stars are aligning for Randy Gregory. He may have his career's best season in 2021. For the first time in his career, he has had the opportunity to prime with an entire offseason. He is also coming off a solid end to last year's campaign. Randy has a chance to show why he is so highly regarded as a pass rusher. This was when he came out of Nebraska in 2015. In the second half of last season, Randy was probably the best pass rusher on the team. He was effective and productive. He recorded sacks and created pressure.

On the other edge, DeMarcus Lawrence gets the respect of the teams in the league. Randy will receive the advantage of much greater single-blocker pass-rush scenarios. But Randy will begin forcing his opponents to double him. It may only be a matter of time.

The 2021 NFL Schedule of Cowboys is a treat for fans

The NFL schedule of the Cowboys is filled with some fantastic matchups for the team. It is providing an opportunity for the team to better their performance from last season. We hope our NFL schedule of Cowboys will help you keep track of your favorite NFL team's progress through the entire 2021 NFL season. Best of luck to the Dallas Cowboys!
